There are numerous awardsÌýopen to underclassmen and those looking for post-baccalaureate experiences. It is possible, and often desirable, to apply for multiple scholarships during your college years and beyond.

Please note that ËIJ»ÏñÐþ»ú's campus deadlines are earlier — oftenÌýmonthsÌýearlier — than the foundations' deadlines, so interested applicants should prepare well in advance.

  • Knight-Hennessy Scholarship

    The largest fully endowed scholars program in the world, Knight-Hennessy provides full funding to pursue any graduate degree at Stanford University. The goal is to develop a community of future global leaders to address complex challenges through collaboration and innovation.

    Eligibility Requirements:Ìý

    • Must apply during the final year of study for your first/bachelor's degree, or within five years of earning your first/bachelor’s degree.
    • Applications are accepted from citizens of all countries, to ensure that KH Scholars have global impact.
    • Must meet the requirements of the Stanford graduate program(s) that you wish to pursue.
  • Marshall Scholarship

    For graduate study in a British college or university for one or two years. Awards include full tuition, living allowance, book grant, thesis grant, research grant, and travel allowance.

    June 1:ÌýCheck in with Fellowships Director; work on essays begins

    Sept. 25:ÌýInternal ËIJ»ÏñÐþ»ú deadline; initial application submitted

    °ä²¹²Ô»å¾±»å²¹³Ù±ð²õÌýmust:

    • Be a US citizen
    • Be a current or rising senior or have received the BA after the April two years prior to the year of application
    • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7
    • Be nominated by ËIJ»ÏñÐþ»ú. Nomination decisions will be made by our UK/Ireland Committee after review of application materials and campus interviews.
  • National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship

    A competitive fellowship that enables students to pursue a Doctoral degree aligned to the DoD services Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) in research and development at a U.S. institution.

    °ä²¹²Ô»å¾±»å²¹³Ù±ð²õÌýmust:

    • Be a US citizen or national; dual citizens may apply
    • Be enrolled in their final year of undergraduate studies through the second year of a traditional PhD program
    • Be enrolled in full-time programs leading to graduate degrees in fields specified in the DoD services Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) research and development discipline
    • Attend an accredited U.S. institution of higher education
    • Attend the DoD National NDSEG Fellows Conference within their award term
